My name is Terry L. Lee and I have been teaching high potential employees and managers how to excel in leadership roles for over 18 years. I have designed and delivered successful leadership programs for organizations seeking better agility and adaptability through communication and employee engagement. I have a Master's in Leadership Communications and numerous certifications, including Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Emergenetics.
In my years of experience of training, coaching and speaking I have observed that the best leaders are highly self-aware. They understand their strengths, they are emotionally intelligent and they inspire the people they lead.
